I applied for the role online. Initial process were relatively quick and they were very responsive. The HR person contacted me on whatsapp to keep me updated on the status. However, after completing two writing assessments, the HR person and the company ghosted me. Emails and calls went unanswered for weeks. The HR person mistakenly picked up my call one day when I used an anonymous number to call and she was shocked and said will call me back as she has a meeting. Never hear from them again. Very unprofessional behaviour by the HR and company to ghost a candidate and evading calls and emails after getting into the later stage of interview process. At least have the courage to let the candidate know that you are not being considered, not that difficult!
