Very simple 3 round phone interview. Behavioral questions only. The process was very quick and easy where I interviewed with two research managers, one of which became my supervisor over the course of the internship. Most of the questions asked focused on getting to know me and my experience in gathering research for any projects or extracurriculars. Last round interview included a written research project which was evaluated based on thoroughness of research and writing ability.
