It was a phone call and had 8 people on it. The majority of them seemed distracted. Only 2 of them seemed to be actively listening. A couple of the people never joined the call that were supposed to.

My interview was on a phone call, and it was very quick. The recruiter was extremely welcoming, excited, and easy to talk to. I was asked two behavioral based questions.
I was asked regarding some of my personal information to get me comfortable. Then, I was asked about my expectations and what I currently know about their company. Additionally, we discussed the possible responsibilities I may take.

I was asked to use the STAR method during my second interview after I had met with the representative during the career fair. The questions were difficult to answer for a first time STAR method interview
