I had a telephonic interview and then the recruiter asked me to submit the scan copy of my Pan card ,Aadar card and passport size photo to proceed In person interview. Submitted all these documents she said we will get back to you. I was followed up with her through email and it's more than a month now still no updates. Candidate engagement is poor.
