First step was an HR screening call, followed by an interview with the hiring manager, and finally a panel interview with several team members onsite. The final interview was technical and behavioral. Everyone was very friendly and HR was quick to respond to my questions throughout the process.

I recently had two approximately one-hour interviews for a Research Scientist position in Munich: one with the talent acquisition team and another with the hiring manager. Initially, everything seemed great. Both interviewers were friendly and appeared professional. However, after the second interview and some follow-up email exchanges, I was ghosted. I didn't receive even a simple "we went with someone else" message. Despite sending several emails asking for an update, I got no response. This behavior was very disrespectful and surely reflects the kind of company they are.
