This seems like a super cool mission driven org, who said they move very fast, however it doesn't show up in their interview process. The recruiters are way too busy to do their best work. Participated in what they called "panel" interview, which instead was 6-7 interviews in one day - this is not a panel. In addition had to create a learning session and teach back to another group of 6-8 people. They took my content and I had to wait over a month, then I reached out to learn about the job - only to learn it went to someone else.
