Upon joining the interview call, general introductions were made. Interviewing manager was frequently distracted, stopping to respond to others during our call. After introductions and talking about experience, we started a short Q&A session. Manager frequently either interrupted me during my answer, changed the question entirely while I was trying to answer, or proceeded to scoff and tell me I was incorrect after providing an objectively correct answer. The gentleman I interviewed with was incredibly rude, abrasive, and dismissive. He spent most of the interview visibly agitated, and 15 minutes through the planned hour, he abruptly cut off the conversation, and terminated the interview. I would highly recommend prospects avoid interviewing with EvolutionIQ. The interview was far and away one of the most disparaging and insulting experiences I have had the displeasure of going through.
