Worked with a recruiter who scheduled two phone interviews. Someone from the company called about a month later to say they had another opportunity in mind for me but then never heard back, not even a rejection.

Very positive experience. Total of four face to face conversations. A one on one with the hiring manager, a meeting with two members of the team, a meeting with the entire team, and a meeting with the director. Each interaction was conversational in nature and mainly based on my related experience. Typical behavioral questions were present but at a minimum.
