I applied through my college and there was no resume shortlisting round, anyone could have applied. It was not a great experience. Their job description was not clear. Overall, the entire process was messy. They were a little rude.

It was a surprise. Actually, you don't have to prepare for the basic rounds; just prepare for the interview.if u want to prepare think like u r hiring ur self what would u expect from u for that role
