If you were hired and were told you need to present training in 3 wks, what would you require to be prepared for that first training session? How do I handle criticism of my work (creating training content)? How would I handle challenges like culture and language and learning styles when training? Why do I think I'm the best candidate for this job? What skills and experiences would I bring to the team?

We talked for a while about where in a process is it more feasible to work with heavier loads, giving different examples of when it was more beneficial to work with the load in a different part of the process and why.
