For a company that prides itself on helping others take the next step in their careers, they seriously need to take a look at their own hiring practices! After putting in so much time and energy into their process, it is disappointing that I can’t even get the consideration of being told where I stand in the process. Like others that have reviewed this company, the process starts quickly but then becomes long and drawn out. I applied for the position in late August/early September and made it to the end of their interview and assessment process to hear nothing. Unprofessional. Horrible. Disrespectful.

Interviewed online via Skype x3 and completed a 2 hour assessment with a one being one-sided. Received a VERY cold email - "Not a good fit", after interviewing for over a MONTH. Beware they draw out the process and are unprofessional.
