Strangest interview process I’ve ever experienced. I’ve never written a Glassdoor review before, but felt the need to with this bizarre company. The interview is extremely easy, and this is largely because the recruiting assistant is reading off of a script asking one sided questions. They will introduce themselves via video quickly before shutting their camera off and recording the interview. The interviewers sound extremely robotic and it’s an incredibly impersonal process. It’s clear they’re just looking for first time graduates with no experience in anything at all. After the screening, I did a ton of research trying to figure out if this is an MLM, because that’s what it felt like. It appeared to actually be a great company, so I proceeded with the second interview…..which was exactly the same as the first. I withdrew halfway through because the whole process is weird and uncomfortable (at one point they make you compare yourself to your best friend?). I felt like I knew nothing about the girls I spoke with and they knew nothing about me. Something is very strange with this company and their processes. Do not recommend.

They wrote HR Assistant but is actually hiring specifically for a recruiting assistant which I did not mind. There was an initial 10-15 minute zoom call with non-work related questions. Then almost an hour long zoom call with semi-work related questions. I asked about work benefits and I think that is what made them not move forward with my application. They do not have ANY employee benefits: low pay, no healthcare, no 401K, etc but really emphasize family culture to make up for it.

What was something you did in your previous job that you wouldn't let your workers do for you? Are you an Apple superstar? What would you like to improve on attention to detail or problem solving? Other questions are already listed by other people's reviews but even if they ask you something different, it is very easy.
