The recruiter reached out for a quick phone call as a screener to make sure you're interested in the company and that you would be a great fit. Only a couple of technical questions on that call, but they are conversational and mostly ask about what technologies you used.
Then an interview with the hiring manager with a few more technical questions.
If you make it past that, then there is a 1-hour technical interview where they go deep into problem-solving, riddles, programming structures. All the questions are psuedo-code and whiteboarded. No actual programming.
