After I spoke with the recruiter, she said she would pass my resume along to the hiring manager and see if they wanted to move forward. After that, I was invited for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was more of a "personality" fit, rather than speaking about your resume and experience. The interviewers spent more time talking about their roles rather than the actual job.

Received an email from the recruiter few days after I submitted my resume. It was a secure federal building gave me clear instructions to get in. Was interviewed by the manager and one of the other admin assistants. Strange experience the manager was almost like a robot. The room was locked so while we waited, we had a lengthy conversation about the job, his past, and just showed no expression on his face. There was prompt he read word-to word from nothing more nothing else. I seen these in a few of my interviews before but usually the manager would summarize the question and talk more about it. The other lady there was super friendly but didn't say much during the interview. The manager alone just threw me off and immediately knew I didnt want to work at that particular office .

Didn't really have an interview. Transitioning from one contract to another. "Interview" lasted for about 5 minutes. Asked me 3 questions, one was "What do you want to do when you grow up?" I believe the "interview" was formality, just to report to their Senior VP's that they conducted interview.
