I applied via job board and after few days got email to setup a phone call interview. I booked a phone call appointment using their system and waited for 15 minutes just to be ghosted. This is why these recruiting companies all have a bad reputation. I emailed and never heard back on if she was going to call me for the phone screen. The worst part is her title is the director of recruiting for the company. Like what a joke that is

Very bad experience. Don’t trust the recruiter from CyberCoders. The recruiter reach out to me on linkedin and claimed i am a good fit for the digital marketing manager position for an educational technology company in palo alto. I interviewed with this company for 3 rounds. They finally asked for reference and implied they will make an offer soon. Then i never hear back from the recruiter. Today, the recruiter sent me exactly the same message on linkedin that claimed a am a good fit for that educational technology company. Please show some respect to candidates. I am so disappointed with CyberCoders. I will never trust the recruiter from this company any more. MY BEST ADVICE IS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!
