Phone screening interview to check your qualifications meet the contract job description, but unfortunately got ghosted afterwards, and did not hear back about the status of my application. No feedback or reasoning given as to why I was not selected.

Time wasting and ghosting.
I was contacted by Creative Circle because they thought a position they were trying to fill was "right up my alley". I was asked to tailor my resume to the specific position and write a marketing piece about myself. This took me a few hours and I sent that off to them right away as requested. I then heard nothing, no reply to my email, no reply to my follow-up emails. Completely unprofessional behavior. Do these people not think that I have better things to do?
