Luck of the straw based on a recruiter reading your profile. Fantastic once you are matched with a recruiter but can take several years in order to. Doesn't seem there is a streamlined process if you have an assignment and need a change so it's as if you're back to waiting on luck again.

I was contacted via LinkedIn message to follow up via email which led to a phone interview. From there I submitted a couple of forms with all of my details and completed the process.

Very well structured. Easy to schedule and clear follow up instructions. Be prepared to answer questions about your portfolio and any certification you hold. Two interviews and a background check before next steps. They are a temp agency so the proces a will be ongoing once they accept you into their agency.
