they are a recruitment agency for digital talents. they will send you emails of job offers for you to apply. it's like a Linkedin I guess but only for creative folks, I'm not sure if they would actually find me a job, they mentioned something about a contract for 11 months.. ask more detail about that.

The interview process -- and the entire candidate experience -- is either very opaque (lack of communication and misinformation), unprofessional (generic rejection via text on a weekend), incomplete (total ghosting so who knows what happened to the role), or all of the above. I've yet to have a positive experience with the recruiters; you can't help but get the sense that you're the 'product' that's put back on the shelf after a quick look. There is no rapport building, no getting to know a candidate beyond what you can share in 30 minutes. These are all huge red flags -- if they treat you this way as a candidate how will they treat you as a contractor? I have worked with other contract agencies in the past and the difference is astonishing.
