The people I interviewed with were very friendly. I began with a phone interview that then led to an in person interview. The questions were fairly simple and basic. After being told I would hear feedback in a week I had to repeatedly call and email till I finally heard any feedback. Very unprofessional.

How do you behave in competitve situations? Do you do well in these environments?
It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
