Recruiter reached out via linked in. Set an appointment for the interview the next day . Not only did she miss the interview time but sent an email almost an hour past the phone interview saying she forgot . Immediately struck me as unprofessional glad I passed up this Company for a better one !

It was brief and informal - I enjoyed learning about the company and the recruiter was very kind. I politely declined the offer after two rounds because the base was too low
Pretty comfortable and more of a social conversation. It might have been my specific manager, but it seemed like he was looking more for a personality fit and had the strive to get the job done.
