The phone interview was informative, with all of my questions answered. The recruiter that I was in contact with provided me a wonderful template to rebuild my resume to something closer to what they've hired people with before. I've since revamped my entire resume using it.

The interview was practically nonexistent. They approached me with a job offer, and I started work after several weeks of back and forth on the phone. I didn't meet with anyone in person from Apex; I just started as a contractor at my assigned location when the paperwork was finished.
