Recruiter stage - typical recruiter interview to know more about you, salary expectations, alignment with job description etc. Hiring Manager stage - learn about your experience, cool personality, it was pretty much a conversation. Meet with the Team stage - more in depth and technical. Good interview but weird that I didn't get any feedback after 3 stages, even after sending emails, got blanked.
