I had a 12:00 interview, when I arrived was greeted by the manager and she made me wait because one of the front desk associates were a little late. Once she arrived we went to a back room where we started the interview. She asked basic questions and explained the company, the position, and the pay very thoroughly. I then left and I'm currently waiting for a call back.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
