Solo interview where you are basically asked to explain a little about yourself. Then the duties of the position are explained to you. From there you are basically just asked if you are able to achieve each duty.

they ask you about guest interactions and upselling products and services. If you have no experience just mention you are a people person and quick learner. Let them know you pay attention to small details as well

It was a super easy interview process! I was called the next morning and hired a few days later at the conclusion of the interview with virtually no sales experience.
very straightforward, questions about past work experiences and how your goals can translate as sales. you might be asked about how you’d pitch a package to a guest in the interview.
