Written application which is quite detailed and they seem to really go through it to make sure you are permitted to apply and take the job. Then they called me from a few units and i had a phone interview regarding interests, work experience, professional experience. A while later they called me back and offered me the job and followed up by email

The interview as such was pretty relaxed. They described the type of work that their Unit was dealing with and asked me whether I would be interested in having my traineeship with them. At the end of the interview, I was informed that the Traineeship Office would send me the offer by the end of the day (as it happened).
