Take home data analysis task followed by an online interview during which a presentation had to be given. Interview did not involve any questions about the task, or any technical questions at all. Most questions were the standard filler questions such as "tell me about a time when you've disagreed with someone on how to do something". There was a lot of focus on how you prioritise work and manage workload, which gave me the impression that they were operating in a chaotic manner. Overall, didn't really feel I had much opportunity to show off my skills or technical knowledge. Ended feeling that maybe the job was already going to an internal candidate as they hadn't really tried to learn much about me or my skills. Was not particularly inspired to apply to this organisation again.
