The interview process was not good at all ,there recruitment process were not so smooth.They were not conducting the interview rounds as per order ,they conducted the technical round after hr round that too uniformed

Il processo era strutturato in più fasi: test, colloquio di gruppo, colloquio individuale motivazionale con manager.
Non per tutti gli intern il processo è il medesimo, quello descritto vale per le selezioni “grosse” biennali, mentre per gli intern selezionati durante il resto dell’anno il processo è più snello (solo colloquio con HR e manager)

Spoke with HR, went to the office to have a chat. Had a few meetings afterwards and was highered. Very approachable people and easy to talk to. I got highered eventually.
