Entrevista
I applied online. In 3 weeks had a 30 min phone interview with HR about experience, salary requirements, relocation etc. Next day received an invitation for the on-site interview. Ten days later had 2 hr interview with 4 people: HR, Laboratory Manager, and 2 Group Leaders (each interview lasted 30 min). Laboratory Manager explained the role, described the department structure and operations and has shown the facility. Three other interviewers had a list of behavioral questions and recorded my answers. Group Leaders also asked about experience, technical concepts, teamwork, flexibility etc. Process went well and smoothly and I got a good feelings. They said I would hear back in one or maximum two weeks. The following day they contacted my references. In 10 days the same position was re-posted on the company’s website. In three weeks I emailed Laboratory Manager for follow-up feedback and got no response. In six weeks I received the rejection email from the HR stating that they decided to go with a different candidate. Unfortunately there is no feedback.

Entrevista
Had an initial screen with a recruiter for a Senior Scientist role that I applied for. A few minutes into the call they let me know that it was for a Junior Scientist role. They let me know the compensation for the junior role (was high school job level pay) and asked if I was interested. The recruiter told me that the company "has bills to pay" when trying to explain the low compensation... Based on my experience and background I thought it was a lowball offer, so I withdrew. I've seen a lot of reviews about low compensation/little growth from workers at this company, so I'd be well aware of that when taking an interview.

Asked, "Tell be about yourself" 10 seconds into the call.
I received 2 rounds of interview. 1st round is a phone interview, which is from HR. The 2nd round is zoom interview, which is technique interview from Hiring manager(group leader and manager)
There is an initial phone screening that is very typical. The onsite interview was less than an hour. They asked typical questions plus a couple of technical questions. Process was pleasant.
