Entrevista
The interview was short, about 20-30 minutes long. My interviewer asked very straightforward questions. I only met with one person. There was a tour of the facilities afterwords. I had to fill out a lot of paperwork prior to the interview though, paperwork that usually isn't filled out until after you're hired. They got back to me in a little over a week.

Where do you see yourself, career-wise, in 10 years?
Easy process. I got interviewed by 2 different managers and they wanted to know if I could follow directions, willing to work overtime if needed, and open to learning. I got a tour afterwards.

Polite interview. Two lab supervisors and one human resource staff member. Lasts forty five minutes and they were very friendly. They were helpful. I got the job but declined due to some personal reasons.

Entrevista
Very nice and welcoming people. The first interview was with HR and focused on cultural fit, values, and motivation. The second was with the manager, covering technical skills, particularly analytical chemistry, teamwork, and problem-solving. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience that gave me a good impression of the company culture and expectations.
