Entrevista
3 step process after an initial phone screen: Introductory interview with a relatively easy coding challenge followed by a follow up take-home coding exercise you can do on your own time. If you do well on that, you'll get a four hour interview with various members of the team you'd work on with a mix of behavioral and technical questions. For the technical exercises one was more conceptual while the other was
hands-on coding a small test interface.
Everyone was nice and fun to talk to and the recruiters were good about getting back relatively quickly.

Pregunta 1
Q: The behavioral questions focused a lot on how I interacted with teammates at my last job, specifically with how I handled issues on which I disagreed with my coworkers.

Had a "phone" interview and then a final onsite.
The phone interview was a leetcode easy string related question.
The final onsite was another leetcode easy, had to debug a web app, behavioral interviews, and a product design question.
Initially had a great experience and got an offer.
I wasn't too happy with the offer and attempted to negotiated, but recruiter and engineering manager immediately ghosted and took offer away without further communication. Hard to imagine they'll find good engineers with such low pay and bad hiring practices.

Pregunta 1
Phone screen: Find max number in an array using an efficient way.
1 hr Hackerank coding test: 1 sql question related to joins and 2 programming questions: find friend circle and something similar.
Onsite rounds: Recruiter was really welcoming in nature and showed entire office. 1 behavior round with the manager asking about my current project and mostly scenario based. Another round was with one of the team members who asked to design prev/ next button on the browser using any data structure of choice. Doubly Linked List works in this case. 3rd round was some resolving some hidden bug in the python code and pair programming with the team member to come up with a solution. 4th round was about designing mail service using the database and running through some scenarios and how to make it more efficient. Finally, 15 mins debrief with the recruiter.
