1. Video call with recruiter to go through the role and my experience. 2. Video call with the hiring manager and a couple of team members. This involved a case study presentation to the panel. They were friendly and attentive and asked smart questions. They described the team, the organisation and the role in good detail. I was told there would be one more screening call that would involve behavioural questions and some whiteboarding. I should expect to hear whether I was being selected for that within 1 week. I heard nothing, 2 weeks later I reached out to the recruiter asking for an update and got a generic reply saying I was not being selected. The reply said "We truly appreciate your time and the value that you have added to our process." But they obviously don't appreciate it enough to keep me updated or provide any feedback!!
