Interview starts with general interview questions like the theoretical background knowledge on DNA cloning, and then followed by pipetting skill quiz. Manager is very nice and the difficulty of interview questions is fair.

I answered a few questions from the vice president and also took a short paper quiz on DNA and sequencing. I got an offer the next day. Pretty straight forward and easy

Entrevista
I had two interviews that I had to participate in. Interview #1 had a pipette test where you were asked to use different kinds of pipettes, and your ability to follow directions were tested. Interview #2 was with a team member and was more of a behavior check.
