Applied through reference, otherwise you won't even get a call for interview. They called me for Interview. I received call for Interview. Then i went for Interview. They told me that a test would be taken. I gave test with Pen. Then when test was cleared they called me for Interview. I went for Interview. Gave interview. Hired the next day.
