The process started off great, then progressively became more and more disorganized. Ultimately, I waited a month and a half after my final interview for a decision. My contact promised a decision on several specific dates, then ghosted me when those dates rolled by. I had to take a lot of the professional initiative to get the proper communications, which was frustrating as I was a final candidate. After reading the employee interviews, I understand some staff may have been too overwhelmed to handle the hiring process.
