I had to initiate multiple follow-ups just to get a basic status update. When I finally received responses, the feedback was disorganized and dismissive. First, the process was stalled with an excuse that my profile might already exist in their system through a prior referral or application. After continuing to chase for clarity and next steps, I was abruptly told it was a "hiring manager rejection," cutting the active interview process off completely in the middle.
