Interview process was great! I received a phone call for a short phone interview first and then was asked to come in to speak with the store manager. It was very conversational rather than "the manager asks a question, and I respond." I was then asked to do a design test where I was given a faux client situation and I had to design a room based on the client's needs/wants and budget. I then had to present this to the manager and the lead designer at the time. I felt very confident throughout the interview and was offered the job on the spot.

It was a conversational interview, not the usual strength and weaknesses questions. Definitely structured to see how well you can keep a conversation going with customers, talk about design and be all around personable.
