The entire interview process is handled by junior (female) HR staff. The initial round will be screening your profile and she will highlight the merits and demerits. Then she will check for your communications by asking some oral questions. Then she will start brainwashing you that they have limited opening in the IT projects and she will ask you to pay the amount for the training. She will also urge you to pay hefty of amounts before going to the main interview. She also told me that the resume will be signed and sealed by company MD which would be offered with placement for sure. But It was not like that.
