Phone, in-person day with 6 separate 1:1 and one video. The day of in-person interviews, employees described their role and asked about my experience. Nice people who tried to have honest conversations.

Pregunta 1
Most people had conversational, getting-to-know-you questions. The unexpected questions concerned situations when I had problem employees and did I have to fire anyone.
Interview was good, asked about real world situations and how you solve problems in the past. Spoke with only HR. They took a long time to get back and then did not move me on to the next steps.
