Don't assume anything make sure that you take everything in a written email rather than putting trust on them. I left them this message with no reply Let me walk you through my journey of pain and disappointment. I spent 40 days which includes 1 online test and 4 interview process which started on 19th August and the final interview completion on 11th Sep, The outcome of the interview was positive and the recommendation was to hire, but I was informed that they can only move forward with my application and compensation process only when they got approval from Hiring Manager. On 17th Sep, I was informed that I have got the approval from Hiring Manager and hence needed to submit all the documents which included very confidential information like monthly payslip for a whole year, my bank statements, a lot of personal information in the company CIS form for background checks and even my offer letter for the company that I currently hold an offer on. You should understand that I agreed to share all this information as I was told that approval has been done and they were having a discussion on compensation for the job. Now on 25th Sep(nearly 40 days) when they took all this information and I was told that they are discussing with the company for the compensation what they are offering me, On the day I was supposed to receive the offer letter, I get a message that my application has been rejected. With just a text message, and when I tried to call they won't even pick my call to respond in any professional manner to how this can happen. Regarding this stage and compensation, On the first conversation with HR before the interview process started, I was asked my expected pay and I informed my expectations. I never asked for more. I even asked them to offer me the best offer they have. To which I was informed that the Hiring Manager now has a problem now with your stage-4 something. And if there was no requirement for the stage-4 engineer, Are you telling me I wasted so many days, energy and time studying and preparing and giving interviews for a job that never existed from the first place?
