I applied online through the Ericsson recruitment system. At that time they changed it so my application was not visible for me and I was afraid that in the process of migration it may have been lost, but all was ok. Soon after the offer deadline was reached I received an email directly from the head of the department I was applying for and we arranged a meeting for an interview. The interview was relaxed from their side but I didn't manage to calm down my excitement. After an initial about 45-minute talk about background and experience we finished. I am not completely sure, but I think there were supposed to be technical questions and other activities, but due to my introduction we probably just skipped it. A few days later I was notified of the result and I had my travel expenses covered. Overall the process was fast and rather pleasant, despite it didn't end in the way I would like to.
