Entrevista
Campus Recruitment. Preliminary Aptitude test, Followed by a Technical interview Round, and a formal HR interview round. Aptitude test was easy, almost everyone cleared it. Technical interview's difficulty dependent on the interview panel, some were asking easy questions and some were giving us a tough time.

I was asked how should i proceed if i was supposed to develop a software for airline operation. This was tricky and unexpected, as i was from electronics background and interviewer was from software background. Rest of the questions were on telecomm technologies and were very easy.
The interview process was smooth and comfortable. The questions were straightforward, focusing on my background and skills. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel at ease. Toward the end, they explained the company’s collaborative and inclusive culture, highlighting opportunities for learning and growth. Overall, it was a positive and engaging experience.
