The interview was scheduled upon selection from an employee referral. I was called for the interview on a specific date and time . The interviewers were prompt and the interview took place on a timely manner. There were 2 rounds, technical and managerial. The technical round was taken by 2 senior employees and involved questions from project, experience, technical scenarios etc. It was interactive. The managerial round was taken by manager whose project has the vacancy, It was short, mostly revolving around previous experiences, why I want to join Ericsson etc. After selection, HR emailed with selection email and asked for a bunch of documents. Negotiation started 2 weeks post interview.
