I got head hunted and had one interview. They wanted to think about it for 1 week (during a vacation) and then they called me and I got the job.
The interview was about me as a person and if I social and therfor easy to put in any team. Then there was about my knowledge in programming and that I draw on whiteboard how a project was set up that I did in school.

Often an interview is about your personality but the hardest question is if you have to prove your knowledge. I wasn't really prepared for that. But the can't change your personality, they can only change your knowledge.
Very bad, only one interview whitout any technical question they said they will introduce the team structure and then ask me a code question, but they didn't ask question then leave, and the interview is not finished they said an excuse then leave

There was 3 rounds. The technical rounds where easy. asked some python concepts and told write code snippets. that's all. The interviewer where professional and educative. Guided me how to improve my skill and where i lack
