3 separately held interviews with the same person. First interview they will want to get to know you briefly and go over the organization. Second interview is more in depth about yourself and the specific role. Last interview goes over the training process and salary process.

Tell me about yourself. What made you interested in this role? This is not a normal 9-5 job, how are you with managing your time? What separates you from others?
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
