The interview process consisted of three interviews and much communication in between. In the first one, they get to know you.
In the second, they tell you to come prepared to ask them questions the whole time, so you essentially interview them.
In the third, you are asked to prepare a business plan presentation on 4 target markets you would pursue should you get the position.

If it comes down to you and another advisor, why would you tell a prospective client to pick you?
Incredibly easy, they aim to hire anyone with a pulse to sell life insurance and annuities. Beware of the comp structure and ask about the bonus and override your manager will get from all of your work.

Very laid back. I was never asked any question about my job experience or any of the sorts. The interview consisted of a 15 minute conversation of small talk and getting to know the VP of the team you will be working under. The second stage was at the office location where you learn about the company and meet some of the staff.

Very easy interview, not too many questions they ask more listening to what they have to say about the role. Just know that you’ll have to find prospects on your own when starting off
