The interview lasted 20 minutes and the questions were fairly typical. I spoke to the VP of the retirement benefits group and a majority of questions were behavorial in nature.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

Online video interview that was vague on job duties. Interview length was fast and convincing I was a good fit but there was no follow up. Company will ghost you.
