Entrevista
One hour office interview with the district manager and EVP of branch. Structured discussion and informative. Casual and friendly. First was phone call and submitting resume. Then office interviews - multiple. Each one became more specific and targeted as they helped to determine if this career path is right one. Progressively becomes more informative and educational.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

Online video interview that was vague on job duties. Interview length was fast and convincing I was a good fit but there was no follow up. Company will ghost you.

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
