Initial consultation with follow-up telephone if the interview process is to be continued. I did not apply for the position, the recruiter saw something in my resume and contacted me. The recruiter used the proper method for finding the proverbial "diamond in the rough." All to often, HR departments let the computer do their thinking for them, instead of using their "little gray cells." I used Glassdoor as part of my company research.

Quick process, show you're hungry and they'll give you a shot. Had one zoom, one in person meeting, and then a compensation breakdown. Nothing guaranteed, up to you to make money. Good for someone self motivated and will bet on themselves.

2 rounds of phone interviews and then 1 interview in office where you make a presentation about prospecting for clients once you would have the role. Phone calls were behavioral while the in office was more about your plan to succeed
