Interviews largely depend on which business unit is offering the position, which team is conducting the interview, and even which hiring manager is looking for a candidate. The hiring process will start with talent screening by professional talent managers who will evaluate the applicant to determine if they should be forwarded to the requisition they applied for, or are they potentially a better fit for a completely different requisition. In some cases the open req is already far enough along the process that the hiring manager is no longer evaluating new candidates, but don't let that discourage you! Ask the Talent Manager about other positions, if they haven't presented them already as there are several business units looking for good candidates and new reqs open daily.
