It was a 4 round of interview. I have cleared all the rounds and they said they will send Offer letter in a day (even they are telling me to resign on friday because they don't wants to loose 2 days of weekends). BUT after this there was a no hearing from them for a week. When i contacted them, they are saying it is a November and we can't increase a head count so we are not hiring. Now question is "if they are not planing to hire than why they are taking the interviews" and every thing should be clear before interview not after. I don't know about the other thing but they are highly unprofessional and not reliable, in simple WASTE OF TIME.
